NHRA rule on trunk mounted batteries

Default NHRA rule on trunk mounted batteries

I was doing some thinking today and was wonding what the rules are for mounting a battery in the trunk. I know that you have to have a sealed and vented box but what if you are using a sealed battery (optima)? Any input is appreciated.

you stil need to have a vented box for it still

I belive that you still need to have the battery in a sealed and vented box, and with a battery kill switch mounted out side of the car some where. correct me if im wrong lates.
