There is a guy in North Carolina that has a 10 sec single cam coupe. Cant remember his name right off but I have seen the car a few times and I know it is black in color.

Re: ETs on Turbo Single Cams (ringgold)
His name is Jeff Cope. I met him at a NIRA race back in the day. He's a really cool guy and should have his car out again this year.

You are exactly right Zex Man that is his name. He used to run a ZC bottom end with a SOHC vtec head he may still be using the same setup.

Re: ETs on Turbo Single Cams (autoEXturbo)
Back in the day.
89 Civic DX 6psi D16a6. untuned. 14.3. Never got a chance to dyno. Was thinking of building up the sohc for more boost, but changed my mind and went with another setup.

I am upping the boost to 15psi in a few weeks and adding a Y8 mani, headstuds, cometic gasket and 3bar map. So i should be in the mid to low 12's hopefully. If i can just get bigger slicks for better traction i will be golden. This is on a completely stock motor.

What do you guys think a manual car would do with this setup?

I've seen both of those cars. They are fast, but they blow up all the time.

Old engine/car:
13.89 @100.77mph w/2.17 60ft.
Y7/A6 combo = 8.7:1CR (all stock engine parts)
Starion intercooled T-25 @ 4-6psi (incorrectly installed MBC)
15" Nitto DR @18psi
