Default better luck with 24.5 or 25" slick for high hp?

1000whp+ guys, do you have better luck running say a 24.5x9.5x13, or a 25x8.7?

In my case, my car should be around 1000hp/800tq (numbers based off my previous, slightly lower dyno #s before swapping to 8 injectors and new flow mods)... I have a lot of torque unfortunately with a 2.4l.

What matters more...a wider tire of the 24.5x9.5, or the larger rollout on the 25x8.7?

Rim is 13x10.5.

Running 25x8.7 on 10" rims and rims are too wide, need to go on 9".
with 10" wide, the tire is not flat, so Much the tire is stretched

Really, do you happen to have a pic of the tire profile/contact on your car?

this is correct. notice the second number in the tire size. thats the tread width. which typically needs to match rim width within 1/2" or so. too wide of a rim will definitely stretch the tire. it's like stanced/stretched, but with slicks lol
