I don't necessarily plan on making 45+ psi. IMO I don't see the turbo making much more then 42psi before it starts to blow out hot air. Eventually ill get the PTE 6870 I mean 6270 My overall goal is to be able to have an extra amount of PWM cycle left over to use the quick spool and taper in boost if need be

Yeah new gear set for me with a slightly taller FD than yours, PTE6870 and some weight reduction for my little piggie this winter. What A/R exhaust housing are you using on your setup?

.96 and I'm also trying to get the car lighter as well. Had to start pulling all of the stuff out of the car. I basically had left everything in for FIS, so now trying to lighten things up.

Car looks great, I love black drag cars ! Had a Pro 1 cam break off similarly on our drag car whilst it was idling ! Luckily it happened on idle and didn't cause any damage before we shut it off due to a rough idle...

Yeah I was lucky as well, I'm glad the head is off and everything is being looked at. For my new cam setup I needed stiffer springs so those are being replaced and found out yesterday the retainers are pretty worn so those will be replaced. So I'm hoping I will be ready for IFO in February.

See if I can A. Get the car to run consistently in the 8's and B. Shoot for 8.7's LOL

Well after pulling the head, basically the entire valve train was replaced. Valves, valve springs, retainers, locks, and seals along with the new cams were installed and I finished putting the remainder of the car back together yesterday.

Nice, I heard that Hondata is coming out with a Strain Gauge option. That will be a nice addition to have with Hondata.

Yeah the 8.52 was Locash Racing's other 62mm race car driven by Aaron Teague. He set another world record with an 8.49 I think was the fastest yesterday.

It is crazy how fast that thing is going with a 62mm turbo.
