Is the Meguiar's Quick Wax the same as Quick Detailer? Can you use the Quick Wax as a lubricant for claying?

Quick question:

"Work on a small section at a time (2'x2') using moderate pressure (enough to build up some warmth on the towel) and work the product into the paint until it looks nearly clear and dry. Wipe off immediately. Refold the towel and move on to the next section."

- wipe it off with a dry/or moist towel?

I recently purchased a 1994 Del Sol. It seems to me that the owner was really close to his pet dog seemingly because theres a lot of what I think is dog hair all over the car. Any suggestions on how to remove it?. Vaccuming doesnt do the trick, I tried for about an hour to no avail.

I use this at work.

Also found that on some parts a micro fiber towel will work.
