free bump for an answer...just wondering how the heck you get out a blockguard, my friend bought a block that had one and we spent like 3 hours trying to get it out but nothing seemed to work

either way good price, should go quickly

You pretty much can't get it out. I work at a shop and every time we try to take one out, we can put enough leverage on the thing to lift the tentire front end of the car off the ground and the damn block guard still won't come out.

Block guard = BAD

You can only get them out when putting aftermarket sleeves in the blocks and being a skilled machinist for 30 years ...and they come out like new...

k, im really looking at going forced induction on my b16, would you recomend one of these? dont know how much help its gonna be and dont want to waste 55 dollars!
