Verify you have not drained the battery from cranking. After 30mins I would assume it is.
If there is still adequate voltage(12.4).
Verify the ignition switch is not worn or damaged. Jiggle the key up and down while trying to crank.
Check for fuel at the rail.
Spark at the plugs.
Air flow from the intake(verify the filter is not plugged).
Is this a new car to you or did the battery just recently, unexpectedly, die?
There is the 'Classic Honda' sub-forum which is pre 90 models.

I agree with Mike that you need to verify the health of the battery. Recheck the battery cables, all contact points of both cables.
Next, are you getting 12v to the small wire going to the starter solenoid when you try to start the car?
Is the car an auto or manual trans?
Personally I have no issues with people post about 3rd gen Accords in this section as they really don't "fit" anywhere else in this forum.

Its got a good charge on the battery but it doesnt make any sense to me when you cut the key on the lights and everything cut on but it doesnt try to turn over or anything and when you cut the key back off it beeps.
i took the starter off and got it checked and its fine.
Its a manual and it wont role start either.
