Remote wire color for a 98 civic lx
Hey I'm trying to wire an amp up but I don't know what color the remote wire is on the harness. My head unit doesn't have an extra non used wire either that could possibly be the remote wire. Can anyone help me out? Thanks in advance

If factory radio, use yellow/red stripe. If aftermarket, use blue/white stripe, if it doesn't have blue-white stripe, use red.
You may have to "tap" into the wire, it may not be a free wire, but the above wires are all acceptable to use for remote turn-on.
