Default Remote start, how to bypass immobilizer?

I just installed a remote start in my moms 99 Accord and this is my first time dealing with an immobilizer. I was always under the impression that you just taped a spare (programmed) key right under the steering column, but this isnt working. The only way I can get the car to start is by holding the key right to the lock cylinder or by leaving the key in the ignition. Neither of these positions is a viable permanant solution. Where is the damn key supposed to go?!!?!?!?!?

You will need a "bypass module", there are many brands out there. 94

You need to install a bypass module. Search for DEI part numbers 556U or 556H.
