nice score, obv. for comps, im more interested in your honda system if you even have 1 in there, I know basiclly any suv can hit 150's with some tuning and ease, hatchs the same. But for a trunk car 150, i would be supper interested.

Anywhoo I shouldnt blab much because I dont have any numbers yet, but I have a whole lot of equip waiting to be installed, just need the wiring now heheh.

not so true its not easy to do a 150+ I will agree that 140's in an SUV is pretty easy though

EG civic hatch,
150a load boss alternator
(1) xstatic batcap 800 + stock batt
1/0 gauge wire
Memphic ar hc-100 (50w x 2 rms@4ohms, 400w x2 rms@1/2ohm)
(2) JL audio 10w3v2's
Slot loaded box tuned to 59 hrz
Dash Legal Whitlee (AudioControl Mic (WAY WAY OFF)) 157.6 db
Same Setup Usaci TermLab USB 140.6 dash legal, Usaci super stock 0-300

Same car:
+ 1 more xstatic batcap 800
Same amp, memphis ar hc-100
(8) kicker comp 12's, svc 8ohm (with only 100w rms per sub)
14.7 cu ft box, untuned port ( didn't have time)
playing a sweep 80-20hrz, got a 145.5 dash legal
Usaci Termlab USB, in Modified 0-300

Same car:
Same power supply setup
Memphis Mojo 2000d (2000w rms x1@2ohm@12.5v)
(1) Pioneer SPL 5000 12" sub, 2000w rms dual 4ohm
3.1 cu ft box tuned to 57hrz, 70 sq in port, 144.7 dash legal
Usaci prostock 0-1000

Building a new setup for stock 0-600, attempting a cactus audio 600.1
600w x1 rms@4ohms, sounds ungodly, but i heard at .33 ohm burps it could produce over 5000 watts rms and draws like 600a of current, I LIKE!, not the current part of course, and gonna put 2 RE SX 15's on it, had a RE MT 15", didn't ever do a comp with it, but very very stout sub! My goal is 150db on term lab.

termlab is about 600 bucks, audiocontrol spl 190 is like 3000 dollars, goldlines are kinda cheap now, not used anymore, but what i have always done was gone to a shop at paid a guy a few bucks to let me use his gold line and do some runs to get my tuning freq's, but soon i will be buying a termlab usb.

I heard it costs $649 brand new. It include term-lab software, Cd, manual, sensor cable and etc. You can get it a tempro.com. Sometime if lucky you get a second owner for less that the price i mention there. I really need one to test my audio equipment.

i've been on soundoff.org for about 9 years now, its USACI's forum and they have a for sale thread just like on here, and there is Always someone on there selling a termlab, usually with a laptop for about 600 plus shipping, also USACI has alot of used termlab's for sale that judges used, you can contact them as well and quote a price, go on there, search for ralph randall - usaci president, and IM him..

also yea definately get a termlab! cause the audiocontrol mic's are 6db off, the termlab is the only qualified mic to use at a usaci show beside the B&K- which will hurt your feelings, its 2 db tighter than the termlab but its like 12,000 dollars anyways, so who cares, termlab is 100% the way to go!

ok, so out of the curiosity of science, how did you hit a 125 on the termlab with 600w rms and with only adding 400w rms ( assuming the soundstream is 1000w rms).. how did you gain 23 db's in a sealed enclosure? 23 db's is theoretically 40 times louder, seeing as how for every 3db's you gain, audibly its 2 times louder than the previous.. Did you change your enclosure to a massive spl box?

oh also, who makes that alternator, i have looked at iraggi, ohio generators, load boss, and another company and i can't find an alt bigger than 135a for a 94-95 integra, the obd2 models come in 160-170a but i can't find a big one for nothing, is the 280 in the factory housing or what?

Its mounted in the factory case. I have a place over here that can do this. He can also add a adjustable regulator to control output of the alternator. I have vids of this and I going to up load this. And yes this was in a sealed enlosure. No lies. Plenty of people seen it happen.

well i mean, my theory is your car has to be louder than that 125 you pulled, because i can take 2 6x9's and do louder than 125, so something on that run must have been very wrong. 128 is not loud either.. here it is basically.. the mic's i get on, have a minimum of 138db's usually set, if you can even register on the mic, you don't need to be at a competition.. i took an elemental designs 15 and a POS walmart sony 400w and did 140.8 on the dash, sealed up.. and that was just something i threw in there, not tuned or anything.. and 140.8 was kinda embarrasing really... i was expecting 143ish for it.. hitting below 140, is like running less than a 16.5 in a stock gs-r..

Here is my monster. car was never finished because me and ma audio had a fall out over way things were suppose to go. Everything is all good now between us. It was suppose to be a demo car for ma audio
Ma audio hk60c front and rear speakers componets
800 watt ma audio 4 channel amp
HK598
100 watts rms to front and rear speakers
ma audio 4400 watt amp
HK802SX
ma audio 40 farad compasitor
rockford fosgate old school he2 comps 10''
1000 watts rms to each speaker

enclosure 2cft shared between 2 subs sealed

doulble 4 gauge wire for both amps.
2-300 amps alternators
2 battery set up. can't remember cca at this time.
pioneer head unit
10- 9 inch monitors in every headrest and visors.

here are some pics rest you can click on the link

Never got to burp the system but I will say it should do over 150db with ease. Only problem is that it shattared the back window playing around with it. I can not afford to replace a back window 2 times in a row. You can watch the window flex with the system at low volume. Car just sits and is for sale.

I don't own a term lab. I never entered a db drag because there are not alot of them on the west coast. And when we do get one its far as hell from me. I going to buy a term lab soon and will retest all the cars and see what up. If anybody is local you can come see any of the cars and will demo them for you.

I might be getting a term lab next week because I going to start my 05 navigator project soon. Either 4 12'' mtx 9500 or 4 10'' 7500 mtx or 4 pioneer 12''TS-W5102SPL or 4 10'' TS-W2502D2|D4 or TS-W2501D2|D4 I am a dealer for both companies so its up to who ever going to give me a bigger discount on inventory, lol.
