Not a honda but alarm goes off when locked
I have a 1995 F-150 i just purchased. Everytime I lock the POS then go to unlock with the key the alarm goes off. Its so embarrassing. Im not sure if it is the stock alarm. Does anyone know why this problem happens?
Im tired of leaving my truck unlocked everywhere I go and wiring is so shotty on this truck Im scared to cut the wires.

Do you mean you are using a key fob to hit a "lock" button, and then using the key to unlock the door to get in?

No. I do not have a key fob. I lock doors using power lock switch on door panel. Have also tried just locking doors with key, alarm still goes off.
