My Clifford G5 is giving me HELL!!!!!!!
So I purchased a shell about a week ago, found a motor, installed it and as I was trying to start it up the ignition just cut out as well as the starter. Turns out I was fully unaware that the vehicle had a blackjack system and after turning the car on and off a few times I must have upset the security system. So after calling the owner and getting the blackjack code I try again and absolutely nothing, the car is like its dead. I press the Lock/unlock button and it doesn't even arm or disarm. But if I hold it long enough the alarm will go off and if I press it once again it shuts it off. So all in all I have absolutely no power to my car and I need to get this swap running. I have tried entering the blackjack code several times and the light does light up, but after that nothing. Can someone please help me out? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

What is the MM&Y of car?
What is the model number of the Clifford alarm?
Remove the system and put wiring back to stock.
There is something wrong with the system if once you have it in valet, [LED on solid] and the car will still not start, in valet mode all alarm immobilizers should be disabled. 94

But remember some G5 models have to ability to use a coded valet...a seperate code
for the blackjaxx than the owners code. It allowed the car to be valeted...but if the valet did not enter the code correctly car would not start. Eliminated the chance of your car being stolen while valeted.
check circa 97-98 Clifford (Pre DEI)
