JVC amp status light is red; speakers aren't working.
Somehow rain managed to find it's way through my integra's trunk and I believe my amp shorted out. I checked the fuse on the amp and the power line fuse and they're both fine. I relocated my ground wire for the amp to a new spot and still no luck. The light is still showing red. My alpine headunit powers on fine. I don't know the model number (amp is sprayed black) but it's an old school one. Any ideas on what to do?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Amp is in protection mode, disconnect any speakers wired to it, [at amp] and turn the system on again, if indicator light is still red, damage is internal and amp needs to be repaired/replaced.94

Re: JVC amp status light is red; speakers aren't working.
I unplugged everything except for the power, ground and remote wire and it's still red. I guess the amp is fried.
Thanks for the help.
