I installed the factory security in my 2000 civic SIR it works if I flick the switch to cx/dx mode passively. if I put it to ex/hx/lx mode it does nothing I cannot program the keyfob or enter programming mode all I want is to have keyless entry and factory security the valet switch does dickall also. Has anyone expierenced similar problems WTF is wrong with thing

Also my car doesnt have the keyless entry module behind the kick panel like everybody says. it does'nt even have the plug for the module box there like its suppost to be WTF is with that isn't that plug factory even if the car did'nt come with keyless entry The dealer can't even give me an explanation. Im so frustrated and there is dickall on the internet about 99 2000 civic keyless just 96-98 keyless because of that radio problem. Nobody seems to be able to answer a simple question atleast it seems simple does anyone have a 2000 SIR coupe. who could remove their kick panel and show me the plug where it comes out from. or the module box and or possibly a part# Ive been at this over a month now.. I will mail someone 50 bucks no **** to their address if they can help me thru this I give you my word 50 bucks means nothing to me with all this frustration

Sorry, do not have the SIR in our data base, the 2000 Civic SI shows the key-less module in the kick and the plug under left side of dash, but I do know the SIR was a little different.

I didn't know key-less was a deletable option on the SIR. 94

Do you happen to know if the plug for the keyless entry module is part of the floor harness. Because I could go to a wrecker and pull it out I bought the keyless entry module box. I just cant find the plug to plug it in to. could it be plugged into the back of the fuse box 4 some reason it is nowhere in my car. Im really pissed because I want oem keyless not aftermarket. Also on the green 22 pin plug for the security 2 wires are green/orange and green/white when I ground out either of them they unlock and lock my doors. Is the keyless built into the security brain? nodody seems to know not even the dealer. I tried over and over to program the keyfob to my security and it will not make my locks cycle. I tried 3 different remotes that are suppost to be the right ones according to the internet and the dealer. I programmed the remotes just as the manuel said to If you can help me out bro I'll send ya 50 bucks I remember before you were helping me when I was asking about this weeks ago your the kelowna guy please help me if ya can.

I know SIRs do have it because I have seen some bone stock ones in the autotrader with it advertised and on my fuse panel the same fuse as cruise control says keyless also.
