you might have to get some of that spray tack or some other decent adheasive.... the glue tends to stay behind when you pull it off. You could try warming it with a hair dryer just a little to see if it will help pull the glue off.

By the time you peel it of, then try to reapply it with spray adhesive, you could just go to home depot, get some peel n seal and have both areas done.
It's not worth trying to uninstall that product IMO.

For you bumper I would use a Spray rubberized undercoating. My personal favs are Transtar Rubberized Undercoating or Dynatron Rubberized undercoating. Inside a bumper cover you would probably get more life out of these then the dynamat. Plus if you give it some time between coats you can put it on thick. LAter

actually you might want to hit up lowes also. I know they atleast use to carry a spray "foam" that would actually expand. It works great to silence areas where Dynamat won't go

we don't have lowes around here, just home depot. i went there once and asked about sound deadening material and some old guy said they don't have it.
