Default damnit, radio and clock went out but all fuses fine.....

it's in a '97 gsr, first the back light for my cd player went out but it still would play the radio and cd's then it just cut off and my dash clock went w/ it. I do not have the fuse panel cover for the interior so i pulled every single fuse and none of them are blown. Any ideas? i'm slow when it comes to anything electrical.

Check under the hood to see if the room or backup fuse is blown...if it
does not "look" blown replace both anyway....fuses can slo burn and
not look like its blown but it really is.

kool, that was it, thanx guys. just out of curiosity, what makes it blow? i was just driving down the road and it went out. maybe i'll just pack some 7.5 fuses from now on if it's a common problem

A fuse has a duty cycle not unlike a light bulb....it can just go out.
( basically it will burn through...unlike a dead short)
Glad to have been of help.
