3rd Channel Aux on Alarm to Close Sunroof

I was wondering how I would wire up a relay to manually close a sunroof with the 3rd Channel Aux output. I installed the alarm "stealthy" myself thanks to this site. I was just wondering which wires to wire on the sunroof switch. I have the following wires going into the plug that plugs into the sunroof switch:
1. gray yellow
2. black (of course this would be ground-)
3. red (I'm figuiring this is positive+)
4. red black
5. gray red
Thanks

Re: 3rd Channel Aux on Alarm to Close Sunroof
There is only 2 wires going to the sunroof motor. Do you have a meter to see which one is the close wire? Then all you would need is a single relay to control it for close.
The relay would be wired up like this.
85# neg input from the alarm
86# 12 volt input constant
87# 12 volt input constant fused. You can share this with 86#
Now cut the close motor wire.
30# goes to motor
87a# To other side of the cut from switch
