I read your post.....
Short answer is your Pooched plain and simple.
It would appear that you cut the main engine harness/BCM wires by accident and may have damaged a few modules. The BCM isn't seeing the signal from the system that the brakes are pressed and the car is in park to release the key.

good answer thanks. i've asked a numerous amount of time to different official dealers and it seems it's the anti theft... i really hope it is. i will be taking the car next week. i hope nothing got burnt.

Check twice drill once.
Go threw the fuse box and make sure that there is no fuse burnt on the brake circuit. Also can you post a pic of what harness you drilled thru. Then I can see what circuit that you fubar. I work will my local caddy dealer on mobile work and video and can get the schm to it. Also do you have the spare key? Put the spare in and lock and unlock the door to see if you can reset the alarm. Prey that its not the bcm because thats a $500 and up fix.
