Default Is my car battery dying?

Has about 4 years on the clock. After a full day of driving and charging the battery, I notice that checking the volts with a multimeter the next day shows 12.35. I do not have equipment to check the cold cranking amps of the battery.

What is it reading with the engine on? A good battery is generally around 14.3V. Cold weather does have a major effect on a car battery, especially if it has some usage.
