Default SiR inspired EJ6 my last civic

Doing my last civic build, gonna do my dream build and finish it for once and then hopefully move on onto an s2k or a sti, just gotta get this itch out the way lol. Any comments or input is appreciated and encouraged good or bad, either way ill do what i like lol. I will try and update as much as possible and with as many pics as possible.

My last build was a ej8 that i was extremly in love with and sold it in a haste to a good friend to buy my wife her car. i then was "out the game" for about a year when i decided to build a hatch but i could not find a clean tittle for a decent price with out a hack job of a swap. I instead bought a integra of a good friend of mine had for about 5 months but it just wasnt me. i worked out a deal with my friend and i got a hatch.

My 98 Ej8 that i sold

I bought my wife a 2012 Toyota 4runner brand new 0 miles. set me back a pretty penny. Dont have pics of it on this computer. then i bought my integra

the integra i bought from my friend

i couldnt find one of the bay with my new vc

heres the vc i have

sold the integra and got my ej6, its a diamond in the rough lol

minty shoes

and the ubber stock interior

Uploaded some more pics from last night. Took off the 4 lug and the suspension from the car off. Put in some tein flex but gonna be replacing it with some bc coilovers after i get it painted, sold the works and got sir front end and some diamond racing wheels off my friend, now i just gotta get the rear bumper and i should be ready to take it to the paint shop.

Rear Drums gotta go

My homie eddie getting his ecig ready before we start

Raise her up and start unbolting the rear

rears are out

Raised the front to get started on removing the front 4 lug

Tein front coilovers on

Front 5 lug on

ill post some pics of the front end and the new rims later today, its to hot to go outside and do anything. After finishing the suspension, will be moving to the interior to do a full clean up of it because its filthy, the undercarrige will also be cleaned and so will the wheel wells, patience is key lol, my main concern right now is getting this bitch painted

well ive been putting in work and snapin pics for all the two ppl that look at this lol, I couldnt find a rear SiR oem bumper by its self and so i called jdm engine corp thats local here and they had one and of course they wouldnt sell me just the rear so i ended buyin the front and the rear one, the cool part is that it came with a fully functional working jdm parking pole minus the button but it was tested and worked. so now i got two front bumpers and my rear one, i also cleaned my rear trailin arms, the center of my rotors that always looks rusty on cars, and painted my calipers silver i was gonna do wrinkle black but the wrinkle paint was sticking well.

so im debating if i should clean my wheel wells and the some of my undrer carrige with like POR15 or maybe something from like autozone just dont wanna make a big mess on the floor and take longer and dont know if it would be worth it since when the car is on the ground u cant see in there. Any thoughts?

also im having second thoughts about the color i was gonna paint it, im not gonna say what color, but any thoughts on what color it would look good in? And im not gonna do silver, black or any real dark color, or DAP color. Doesnt have to be oem, so any thoughts?

the before pic of the trailing arms, ill have after pics tomorrow

the new bumper and rear bumpers

and the parking pole

gonna be taking it to paint soon, ive been in contact with my who i think is gonna be the one to paint my car, hes done some awesome jobs

Digging the build, in for more!

I would coat the wheels if I were you, definitely makes the car that much cleaner in the end.

I want a light color so that the moldings are easily visible or else whats the point of doing SiR theme if its just gonna blend and look like a reg ej6

Looking great, I love SiR conversions. I love the start of a new, in depth project, and I can't wait to see more. Great wheel choice, too.
