Re: Scottp11's RHD Turbo DC4 Build
Hopefully, I'll have more pics up this weekend. The weather here has gotten so cold that I haven't been out in the garage except to change the alternator. Hopefully it warms up though.
Thanks again from everyone for viewing and as always, all comments and/or criticism is welcome!

Re: Scottp11's RHD Turbo DC4 Build
Well, as promised, here are the pics of the parts I got in and installed.
Here's the box that my JDM ITR rear seats and ITR carbon fiber window switches came in:
...and the Integra clock block off plate that I got from ICB. I yanked the turbo-timer out of my hatch, and planned to mount it somewhere in the Integra. I wasn't sure where, but I think it's going on the block off plate.
So, I took the USDM seats and out, and compared them next to the JDM ones. I didn't realize how ugly my US seats were until I set them next to each other.
And here they are installed. They fit so much better than the US ones also, for whatever reason.
Here is the driver side window switch installed, with the JDM folding mirror switch. (even though I haven't wired the mirrors yet)
...and the passenger side.
Here, I notched the block off plate for the turbo-timer and then double-sided taped it.
I haven't installed it yet, just because I was being lazy and didn't feel like tearing the steering column part to solder wires into the ignition. I'll get around to it this week though.
And lastly, here are the Honda Access window visors. I didn't install them yesterday either, only because I barely found the instructions last night, and they're in Japanese... I'll figure those out this week also.
And that's it for now. I'll get those parts installed this week as well as schedule an appointment for an alignment and a dyno session. Hopefully, I'll be driving it to work soon!

Re: Scottp11's RHD Turbo DC4 Build
Alright, finally some updates! I took 3 weeks of leave for Christmas, so I didn't get on here much, but I did get a lot done! Here are the pics!
I did actually make it to the dyno that day... I didn't get any numbers, but I did find out that I needed to change my thermostat, mount my overflow reservoir and get bigger injectors... I replaced the thermostat, and my tuner suggested I drill small holes in the sides (as shown) to improve cooling, because my intercooler completely blocked my radiator. I don't know if that's what fixed it, but my car hasn't over-heated since.
...and here it is on the dyno.
Right after, I left to go get an alignment and then to get a Texas state inspection.
After that, I ordered the Injector Dynamics 1000cc injectors and a new crimping tool. I have a few crimpers, but this one is really nice!
...and here they are!
Here is the switch-out between the RC injectors and ID ones.
...and then a quick oil change before attempting to start it up.
Soooooo.... I figured it would happen, but I attempted to start the car with the previous tune, but of course the 1000cc injectors was just dumping too much fuel for the car to start. I call the tuner and he sent me a tune real quick and I uploaded it to my Hondata. Immediately after, it started right up! Then I drove it over to the dyno.
...and here it is on the dyno!
The car runs great right now! I actually drove it to and from work yesterday and today. The A/F ratio is perfect at every RPM and it's a blast to drive! On 8 lbs of boost, I made 286 hp and 167 tq. I'll post the dyno sheet as soon as I remember where I put it. I'm about to deploy again soon, so I don't want to risk blowing the motor up by turning the boost up. I'll just enjoy it for a while, then it'll sit in the garage for a year.
Also, I have a buddy who does professional photography, so I'll get some high quality pics up as soon as he's ready.

Re: Scottp11's RHD Turbo DC4 Build
Thank you!!
Well, when I first got the RHD clip, I noticed that two interior pieces were missing, the plastic cover under the steering wheel (that covers the fuse box) and the plastic cover that goes over the ECU. At the time, I really didn't think about it much, but now that it's done, it was really bothering me. I called Steve at Hmotors and he sent them the same day! Awesome guy and great company to deal with! They came in on Saturday, so here they are. I haven't installed them yet, since it's been so cold in the garage, but I'll get to it this week.
Well, that's pretty much it for the car (except for an official photo shoot) until next November-ish, when I get back from another deployment... But I'm probably gonna be ordering a J32A2 soon. My plan is to turbo it also, but make it as clean, or cleaner, than the B-series in there.

It's crazy how many looks I get while driving it. I even got pulled over, and the cop said he just wanted to check it out... And at least 10 people have asked me if I wanted to sell it, and one even offered $15,000 cash in hand.

Re: Scottp11's RHD Turbo DC4 Build
Well, even though I am currently deployed, and still have about 7 1/2 more months over here... I have my J32A2 with manual 6 speed LSD tranny sitting in my garage, waiting for me to get back. I also have my Hasport mounts, InsaneShafts axles, and a bunch other parts from Prankparts.com and P2R. I'll post up pics as soon as I figure out this photobucket. For some reason, my computer doesn't like it anymore. May have something to do with the wifi here. They block pretty much everything, so I may have to get a VPN just to upload pics...
As soon as I figure this out, I'll post 'em up!

Well... I'll be back home in less than a month! Back to work on the Integra.
I still have to figure out this Photobucket/Imgur/Flickr thing though.
Stay tuned!
