GreatWave's not-so-jdm Integra build

Re: not_so_jdm_eh2's not-so-jdm Integra build
Did a little bit of work to the Teg this weekend. I got the exhaust all straightened out after I managed to scrounge around and find a bottle of argon for the mig welder. I wanted to swap out the front sway bar, but the bushings from the GSR are SHOT. And I mean they are totally rock hard and falling apart. So that part of the project is delayed until I can save up a bit more money. The swap will continue as planned however. I have everything ready to go, with the exception of wiring in the wideband. I'm still not sure if I just want to add it in, or replace the OEM unit. I'll have to get some pictures when the rain stops. We went from 78 and sunny one day, to 40 and rain the next.

I've been slowly chipping away at things whenever I have the chance. I just got the Rywire sub-harness routed out into the bay, and with the exception of needing to install thew wideband, I'm ready to swap the GSR in. Work is starting to pick up and I live an hour away from the shop, so I'll have to bite the bullet and take a couple days off.

So much work done and so few updates. The PLX wideband has been installed, I installed the GSR sway bar (thanks to Dante!), I shortened my mud flaps, and I did a thorough clean on it this past weekend. Yesterday I finally got around to patching the holes in my doors, and I just have to do the quarters now. I did end up swapping out my destroyed rear leathers for my faded cloth seats unfortunately

This engine came out of a wrecked GSR that I bought. The core support was shoved back into the engine and it pulled the bolts right out of the block. I have a machinist friend fixing all 3 holes so I don't have any issues down the road.

No pics yet, but the B18C1 is finally in the car! I've got a few little things to sort out, but I'm very happy with it so far. Hopefully this weekend gives me the time I need to correct what's bugging me lol. I need to put in the lower motor mount(AC compressor), bleed the clutch, lose the Skunk2 70mm TB for a factory one, and hopefully that fixes the 1,200 rpm idle. I read a few bad things about this TB and I think that's my whole issue.
