Been reading 100's of other peoples threads.. and well i decided since i started my build, i would start my own! its no where near as baller as half the guys on here so i apoligize in advance so dont expect nothin too crazy..

the plan is to do a engine bay shave, wire tuck, brake line tuck, Frost white JDM front end integra. my goal is to make it weigh 2200.. no heat. no ac. no carpet. Cage.

i run my fathers honda/acura shop in gaithersburg, MD... and will be doin **** here and there to get this build done!

started the process about 3 weeks ago.. workin mostly weekends only.

will get more pics of the build underway, but let me just show you what went down last weekend.

first off.. names danny. im korean. born and raised here. cant speak it. can understand it. My asian self.


my rag tag group of homies who help.


My motor:


Port and polished head.
RBC
RC 550's
S2 stg2 cams
stock block
Supertech valvetrain.

goin with hybrid fuel rail.
hybrid black SS lines
black AEM FPR
black hybrid racing mounts with race inserts

and either a RCREW or Kiddracing race header to a 3in vibrant muffler with turndown.

JDM front end. repainting the car frost white... and goin with either Takata green TE's or white Regamasters..
BLAH BLAH yea yea i know played out. dont care.. ive been wanting to do this for over 5 years now and im doin it how i want no matter how "PLAYED OUT" it is.

mocked up the fuse box relocation. need to fab some brackets to make it mount up... only held on by 1 10mm right now....


passenger side harness tuck...
notched out the gromet for the door connector.

heres a few pics i snapped. i hate stoping to take pics while working though.
had access to my buddies welder for a few hours so i thought i would try to get a part of my bay done.

just a section of the bay i finished.. still needs some body filler, sanding, wetsanding, and small touches.
just primed it to keep it from rusting and to see how it looked.

sorry for not updating. just been busy with work, and other **** along with tryin to track down more parts.

i got Kpro, conversino harness, Fuel setup (thanks to froth) and fuel rail along with Race header.

but for now ive just been slowly kanoodling at the bay.....

this is my first time doin body work so dont judge too hard.

some supplies i picked up.

painted my VC yellow cuz i didnt like the white. i painted it then sanded the paint off where it says Honda motor co. i think it turned out nice.

got my PWJDM Carbon kevlar coil ocver as well.

heres a little teaser pic.

Hybrid racing fuel rail is comming and just got my black Braided Lines and black -AN fittings along with a Aeromotive FPR from Froth.

Threw the teggy on the lift today and dropped All the front suspension/subframe/steering rack etc etc.

also got more body work done on the bay.

got a question though.

for you guys that did a brake tuck, would you guys suggest these bulkhead fittings? or are there cheaper/better looking/nicer -3an fittings to use?

Got a lot of stuff on the bay done.. should be almost ready for primer after some finishing pourable puddy and a nice sand/wetsand....

mind you this is my frist time ever doin body work and im just wingning it..

im using:


heres some pics.

took out the subframe and everything. gonna paint the subrframe black again and get a manual rack etc.




was debating wheter or not to make the trans side bracket molded in to the frame.
i said whatever and to just do it and see what it looks like cuz i can at least shape it up nice if it looks ok.


did some work on the firewall.. again i contemplated whether to fill in the recessed holes .
i chose to lol.



got some work on the right side finally.


im pretty much done with this side.
got some sanding to do but everything is smooth as butter!

now time to finish the bay. prime it, and route my brake lines and get the bulkheads and stuff.

does any1 know if 10x1.00 mm brake lines fit on those -3 an bulkheads????
