Re: EK sedan Philippines represent
well got tired of how she looked again, i wanted to change her again for the year 2011, my hands were a bit itchy to spend some cash, so this is what she looks now, got a pair of carbon fiber hood and trunk, fiberglass spoon chin we mounted it in a different way so that it hugs the bumper coz if you'll mount it the way spoon does it would literally kiss the ground on my current ride height
more plans for her for the year 2011
first on the list
maybe blox LCA silver color then ASR subframe brace then CTR swaybar,
gettin tired of how she runs, its just a ph15a sohc-non vtec just changed the tranny to a close ratio. i dunno what is its equivalent in other countries, here is a short vid i did
just doing some quick pulls after changing the tranny
http://www.facebook.com/home.php#!/v...=1614289562673
another one sorry bout the miss shift lol second half of the vid almost hit someone one the road hahaha

Car looks great man, awesome progression. I love EK sedans do you have any closer pics/tips on how you mounted the Spoon lip? I'm about to pick one up and I think the way you had it looked good.

Re: EK sedan Philippines represent
thanks guys
@tron - sorry i dont have any closeup pics but its pretty easy to mount it, i just used a fiberglass chin from a friend, i suggest you remove the bumper so that you can fit it tight as f*ck no gaps.
@wreckin-rex91 - hey there! hope you enjoyed your stay here, since its summer here in the philippines, there gonna be alot more carshows in the next week, that revup show sucked a bit tho, i was supposed to join the LOUDEST roar but the organizers uhmmmm forgot that damn thingy majiggy that measures the decibels hahahaha. last time i clocked in 119.6decibels using stinger exhaust
@Mint Imports - yes bro majority of parts here are pretty cheap, specially spoon, mugen etc etc body kits, there are countless fabricators here so getting them is also pretty easy.
hope you take some time browsing our FB fanpage

Re: EK sedan Philippines represent
@vinmotors - thanks bro! i am still trying to decide if i'll boost this single cam or go with a b18c5, coz single cams are not what they used to be anymore, reputable shops here can squeeze out enormous amounts of hp and torque from single cams nowadays hahaha. B-series motors are so damn overpriced right now. . . . . . b16a eg will cost you around Php150,000 then a b18c5 Php230,000
@Rude Awakening - honda never released coupe and ek hatches here in the Philippines i dont exactly know why, but it really sucks . . . . . . if only they made and release a coupe version of our siR(b16a) here that would have been awesome, our only way of getting them is through importers and if you go with 100% legal process it will put a big hole in your pocket.

Re: EK sedan Philippines represent
Recaros look sick. Are they actual ITR/CTR ones or just the red ones you can buy from Recaro? I'm thinkin about gettin a set but used ITR recaros are actually cheaper...

Re: EK sedan Philippines represent
Thanks! they are EK9 recaros which i got from a friend, he also gave me the EK9 railings for free haha. if you are going to get the ITR recaro(black) and put it on an EK/EM i suggest you use your stock railings so you can bolt all 4 on the floor
