I don't think a stock B20 bottom end mated to a GSR or B16 head will result in enough compression to really take advantage of Skunk2 Pro2 cams, unless maybe you're referring to the Tuner2's?

Neither will work without fly cutting the stock valve reliefs of the PHK/P3F piston to accomadate the increase lift of tuner2's. Pro2's would not work well here due to lack of compression. I do think they would make more high RPM power over the tuner2's if you revved out the engine and used a larger volume intake manifold but the power curve would be narrow and the stock bottom end wouldn't like 9k+ revs.
