reading valve lift?

reading valve lift?
When reading valve lift specs like: Example:
Skunk2 Stage 1:
Lift Intake: .456 Duration: 252 @ .050
Lift Exhaust: .429 Duration: 249 @ .050
Is the "valve lift" lisited above and all other cam specs for the vtec lobe??? Cuz alot of manufacturers list the specs for all 3 lobes and I get confused like this.
VALVE LIFT
INT EXH
VTEC .435 .385
PRI .340 .330
EXH .270 .260
