Default quick H23 O2 sensor question

Ok, I have the dc sports header, and a full greddy exhaust, but no cat, and no cat delete pipe........the exhaust just goes from the downpipe to the exhaust. Now the flex pipe got ****ed up REALLY bad, so I got a new one to swap on and thought now would be a good time to swap the O2 sensor. Well I only have one, and it's the before cat one. So, should I replace it with an upstream, a downstream, or an upstream and add a downstream?!? I had to cut the wires to get the downpipe off so I could take the O2 sensor out, and they had been cut and spliced once before it looks like, and badly This is what the one I have looks like: http://www.autozone.com/autozone/cat...&parentId=42-0 It's a 4-Wire sensor, but so are the upstream, so can I tell by the wire colors if I have an upstream or not in the upstream position?
