Which PLM header for built gsr?
I'm looking for a new header. I would really love to get a SSR street sweeper, but I'm getting married in July, and need to somehow put effort into that over my Honda buzz lol
My motor consists of:
84.5x87 Gsr
13.6:1 comp
B16 fully ported head
Ferrea valvetrain
Skunk2 pro 2 cams
Obx itbs
Act 6 puck
Act 8lb flywheel
2.5" full exhaust (considering upgrading to 3")
The trans is a oem Ctr with the lsd.
I have the headers narrowed down between the Smsp, Toda, or Hytech big tube copies. I want to have a pretty steady powerband, but want more mid-top end power.
Thanks in advance. Ps I want the real thing, but just cant afford it right now, so try to keep the flaming down :/

Don't know anything about Vex but Profunction Auto has a VERY competitive price. For me it is also nice to support some one who is helping out with lots of good info on this forum.
OP get in touch with Mikey before you buy a PLM header.

Thanks for the input guys, really interested in knowing which header flows good mid to upper rpms. Anybody have experience with these not on a stock motor?

Re: Which PLM header for built gsr?
Thanks mikey, I seen them graphs and the Toda did excellent. I just didn't know if the design is the same now as it was then. Seen that the test was done almost a year ago. Looks like I'm leaning more towards the Toda, but anyone have experience with the Hytech big tube design? Nobodys said anything about it.

Re: Which PLM header for built gsr?
well in the dyno test of it they are both almost the same.
hytechs is a little higher tq but less hp then toda but they're like 1-2 difference.
i don't expect him to actually flip a coin. nice choice though btw.
