You need to install behind the baffeling or you will be pushing oil out the breather. Just drill the hole and weld on the fitting and wash out the valve cover.

Re: Tapping Valve Cover for Second Vent/Breather (earl)
I started another post about this. The b series covers have stock baffling in the front (exhaust side) which is why everyone runs fittings out the front. I will look for it but I am sure Moroso recently came out with a baffled bulkhead -12 an fitting that you simply drill a hole through the valve cover and tighten the nut--I think its around $40 though. You could also run the fitting where the stock baffling is on a d-series cover--through the top or the left hand side of the back (intake side)

Yeah--that is the fitting. They only come in -12an and -16an, though---12 is around 3/4" ID and -16 is around 1" ID.

No don't cut the baffling to remove the tissue--take a propane or Mapp gas torch put the flame in the breather hole and burn the paper--they blow out the ashes with compressed air.
