Default Oil Leak Possible Warped V-Tech vs. Head Gasket

1998 Civic EX (D16Y8) Manual transmission.

Just replaced V-Tech seal between block and solenoid last week and cleaned engine off this morning. Oil is coming from near and under V-Tech and leaks down back of block. I replaced distributor O-ring and cam plug seal a few months ago which fixed a previous leak towards that ran down the front of the engine/transmission. I've searched and read many post and most responses point to:

a) Leaking V-Tech solenoid that has new gasket but needed Honda Bond or Black RTV in conjunction to seal it.
b) Warped V-tech solenoid housing
c) Small head gasket leak that doesn't effect compression or cause water leak to mix with oil. Car is running well with even 145 ft lbs compression on all 4 cylinders.

It doesn't seem to be the V-tech but as a first course of action I will add some Honda Bond to it. Anyone ever experience a warped or hairline cracked V-tech or a head gasket in leak in that area as I described?

Well quit using phone parts on your car and try a VTEC solenoid gasket. have you checked the valve cover gasket?

Whatever douche bag... instead of being a smug dick and pick apart my spelling of VTEC(H), maybe you can try and offer some real advice.
The Valve cover gasket is fine. Thanks for your reply.

well, it is incorrect. VTEC is an acronym and not a word. i guess the H could stand for Horsepower. lol

i have never seen a cracked or warped vtec solenoid. probably a leaking headgasket. it happens. doesnt mean you overheated it or did anything wrong. it just happens.
