I think the search features down or something so I'm just gonna ask:

What type of oils do you guys recommend when breaking in a new camshaft (Comp Cams 59300)? D16Z6. I plan to do a oil change before installing the cam but I was wondering what's the best route for break-in oil; just buying plain old break-in oil, synthetic with a break-in oil additive, or non-synthetic with a break-in oil additive?
Usually I just run RP 5w-30 synthetic.

Also, is the assembly lubricant usually included with the cam or no?

is it just a cam install ? if so i dont think break in oil is needed just put some assembly lube on it and slap it in

Yeah it's just a cam install. I wasn't sure if any special oils aside from the assembly lube were needed, if so I wanted to add that into my order before they shipped the cam on Wednesday.

any lube werks coat em up good jelly donut it all on.

I recommend change oil after 50-100 miles to get lube back out moly kind get in filter.
