EK20R

My setup is a 99 EK with a K20A with stock type R ecu ,Aem Fuel regulator, golden eagle rail, stock fuel pump, hasport headers. And basically thats it. But ever since I got the swap done my check engine light turned on. It started with idling problems a few months ago and I was told i needed a new TB so i got a practically brand new type r TB. ever thing seemed to run decent. But was still acting weird.
Just recently it has been dying alot when driving it. I was driving on the freeway last week and it died while going about 70mph. It has also died idleing while waiting at a light. Some times it will do it alot some times it wont. But about 4 seconds before it dies the RPM needle jumps around crazy then it shuts off. Other times it bogs down to like 300 RPMs with no throttle response what so ever. It has never been tuned but i took it too a local shop to try to scan the OBD2 port and it kept saying scan error we even tried two different scan tools. I did check the codes by counting the check engine lights with a jumper, and this is basically what came up

If any body can help me or has any suggestions please let me know. Im am also looking for a shop in so cal that would be able to help me out
