Default JDM D15B non-Vtec

I have a 1999 JDM civic with a d15b non vtec cvt engine. What USDM vtec head swaps are available for my engine and will it work with the tranny?

did some seaching and there is a nice writeup on JDMUNIVERSE

http://www.jdmuniverse.com/for...32971

however it gets kinda complicated for me when he starts to talk about which ECU to use and OBD1 OR OBD2. What ecu do I have? Is it obd1 or obd2? what ecu should i get?
