Default How does combustion chamber cc relate to rpm, hp, and compression ?

When going down threw the list for my engine build i'm trying to think about how to tweak my combustion chamber. The engine build is a d16z6, and I'm using a blox intake with acrua tb/crower stage 3

Does a small cc just work better cause it raises compression safely without danger of the valves hitting, does reshaping the combustion chamber just help with hot spots and swirl?

Also, i wanted to use the injectors on my itb's and fill in the intake and heads fuel injector spots, with the focus being on high high rpms. Can i use an aluminum epoxy like devcon ?
