Default Low comp B20 cams, please help

I have searched on this topic but most builds are higher compression or standard sub's with no valve train upgrade, so I'm struggling to get some good info...

I want to change my cam's on my B20 VTEC, running Arias pistons with 10.8:1 compression. Currently I'm running BC IV's which I think is to big for my setup. I have sent three mails to Buddy Club already about this but no replies.

Here is some mods:
Omni power springs and retainers
Skunk valves
B16 head port & polished
Arias pistons
Eagle rods
ARP head bolts
Hytech copy
Blox intake
Skunk 68mm T/B
Buddyclub exhaust

Any info will be appreciated...
