D15 build- Z6 and Z9 head - what's the difference?

D15 build- Z6 ?
My brother is looking to get a VTEC head on his D15B7.
He found Z6 and Z9 heads from D16 engine, and I'm curious what's the difference b/w the two since the engines are similar but D16Z9 has 130hp, and D16Z6 has 125?
Also can he run Z6 head on the D15 internals, and what else he need beside D16Z6 ECU?

O.K.
Just would like if somebody can point the things needed for wiring the Z6 head to the D15 block?
Is it O.K. to by-pass the ECU (so to run the D15 ECU), and what's the best way to be done.
Or the best way is just to get a D16Z6 ECU, and I guess a lot of work?
