Default help with ls no compression

hey guys, so I have a project acura integra that Ive recently swapped the motor on. The motor was from jdm engine depot in new jersey. So I swapped the motor in and it wouldnt start so i decided to compression check it, and it turns out there is zero compression in all cylinders. Ive tried 3 compression testers and still same results. Unfortunately the warranty was very short so they will not help me what so ever, so I was hoping you guys had some ideas

Sounds pretty shady to me. Looks like you're going to need to pull the head and see what's up.

Ya the only thing i could think of that would cause zero compression was the valves, so I even swapped the heads and still no compression.

interesting that theres zero compression in all 4 cylinders.. 1 or 2 i can see.. but all4

note to self: next time im buying an engine, bring a compression tester

Ya id definitely recommend that.lol Its wierd tho because the only things i hear about jdm engine depot are good things. But i took the cams out so the valves would just stay shut, put some oil in the cyclinders and Ive got about 80 psi in each cylinder

If you took the cams out, how would you get any air in the cylinder " IN cam" to read a compression guage? Or air out to be accurate? The only thing you did is make it easier to use a "leak down tester". You can Google it to find out what it is.

Take out the cams and put air in the cylinders through the spark plug hole and try to see if you hear a leak. Easy way to tell if i valve is bent.

0 compression? Rotate the engine by hand to see if it does rotate. as you rotate it look to see that the cam gear(s) also move.

0 compression on any cylinder is normally cause by bent or not opening valves. Unless all the rings and cylinder walls are totally ****ed.

Does it hold the 80psi, and if it does for how long? Listen for leaks through the exhaust and intake, pull the radiator cap and look for bubbles and the oil cap and listen for hissing.
