Make sure that you leave about 1mm of material for that TPS opening on the entry of your intake manifold. If you get too close to that, you'll have a lot of idle issues.

Not sure what u mean but when it's park and idle is fine. When I drive it, most of the time the rpm take a dive to almost zero when put to neutral. It will shutoff if u don't keep gasing it

I had a semi built B20 vtec that put down 198whp and 151tq at the wheels. Eagle rods Aries 12.5.1 pistons acl bearings with a pretty much stock b16 head. Just had CTR cams and a skunk2 intake manifold. Definetly the most fun car ive owned! Id see your setup pretty much blowing past 200whp easily. Let us know when its tuned! Is this in a DA?

I wanna keep everything as is, but i think i will throw back in the blox tuner type B cams and when i hit 500miles on this engine and throw back in the pro2 on the dyno tuned. This is a good idea?

Pro2s idled like stock on my B20V.

They didn't require anything special in the tune to make it idle either. Just basic fuel adjustments.

Dd you degree in the cams?

Whatever the stock 220K mile 91 Civic STD fuel pump will put out combined with the random OEM FBR that I used.. I think I checked it once and it was about 38 psi base fuel pressure.

Granted, I do run RDX injectors, so that might be part of the reason why it will idle so smoothly.

Noticed down the throttle plate pic, you matched the t/b bore, but not all the way through. What happened? It clearly rises in the middle. Id fix that choke point before dyno. Gasket/port match header too, a lot of people forget that.Looks pretty nice build other than i/m/t/b bore.

Ok, with this setup, how many exp people would break this in on the street for atleast 500miles or how many people would take it straight to get it tuned? My builder do this for a living and told me to put some miles on it before tuned so thats what i'm doing. Alot of people have different opinions but i would like to know thanks

Spend $20 on a can of paint stripper and VHT wrinkle paint. All those nice parts and you have a valve cover that really needs some TLC.

The bottom end looks to be neglected. Infrequent oil changes for sure.

I have another valve cover that is yellow spoon cover that is uncut. I have this ugly cut cover on now just to get it tuned then will put my yellow cover on. What do u mean by the bottom?

I do about 800 miles for my engines. I'm more of a true schooler. Many have broken in on the dyno, but I guess I don't like that risk if the procedure was done improperly.
