how do i tell FOR SURE if i have a blown head gasket??

blowing white smoke out the talipipe, oil is milky, coolant bubbles all the time when engine is cold

well i've been told i might have a blown headgasket.... And it dosent do any of that ****.. I have been having trouble with it overheating and not holding coolant.. i had a pin hole leak in a radiator hose i fixed that and still having the problem... Also i replaced the AIT sensor in the intake mani.. and ever since the car never ran the same... it spits and pops when at partial throttle then after about 3k and a little more throttle it pulls like a mother all the way thru VTEC...
