Default What does it take for an NA B20VTEC to make 225whp?

I have a b20vtec with a GSR head, ARP headstuds, AEM cai, RDX 410cc injectors, 2.5 inch exhaust, Yonaka 4-1 header, and AEM fuel rail tuned on s300.
I plan on getting...

Manley rods
ARP rod bolts
ACL Race Bearings
Wiseco pistons with a cr of about 11.5-11.6
Supertech 85 lb springs and retainers
Skunk2 lma
Skunk2 Pro2 cams
Skunk2 cam gears
Skunk2 UltraStreet intake manifold
Skunk2 Pro Series 70mm throttle body
100 dry shot nitrous

I want to make 225-240 off of the spray and 325-350 on it. Does this seem realistic? Am I missing anything? What kind of rev limit should I be thinking about?

if you plan to hit that number, get bigger injectors. at least 750's. try maybe victor x manifold.

Probably gonna need a better header. PLM Toda rep would be my choice.

That header and exhaust are going to hurt your numbers.

I'd steer clear of those Skunk2 LMAs. I just used some in my B18c on tuner2s for 11k miles and am having to replace them with OEM.

Fixed. Aside from the Pro 2's and the new Ultra intake manifold they dont make much of anything worth a damn. Although if you read that comparison the Junk2 units dont fair much worse than the others. But SOS make quality products and OEM too obviously, so why go for the shitty option when the price difference is moot?

the build list looks good, like others have said maybe go with a better header and 3 inch exhaust.

You might be confusing specs on that comparison but the Skunk2 are last to get coil bind. I have however seen them break.

And they're noisy.

OEM is great IMO, and is what I run

Your parts list is decent but I would definitely go with a better header for sure. For reference my NA B20V made 235whp on pump 93 and was a pretty basic build:
84.5mm B20 block-stock sleeves
84.5mm 12:1 CP Pistons/Manley rods
OEM 89mm crank, polished
OEM Honda bearings and head gasket
ARP head studs and rod bolts
Ported Pr3 (B16) head casting
Supertech springs/retainers
new style OEM Type R LMAs
Skunk2 Pro1 cams
Skunk2 intake manifold port matched
Hondata thermal intake gasket
SMSP 2.0 header
Thermal 3" exhaust
Tuned on S300
I ended up taking this exact setup and making 440+ at only 13psi boosted. It handled it well on E85 and wasn't even all that difficult to tune either. I would think that if I had chosen spray instead of boost it would have handled it just as well.
On the nitrous aspect, make sure to get a quality setup for that as well. You don't want el cheapo solenoids that are going to leak, puddle fuel, etc and you want to make sure the jets meter properly so you have some sort of starting reference before you ramp up the power. I've used Zex and NOS kits in the past with good results. My stock internal B18C made a little over 300 HP on a single 100 shot after tuning. Did great on track as well, I really love the sound of a VTEC engine coming on the high lobe at the same time as getting a healthy dose of giggle gas. It's almost addicting haha.

How extensive was the porting? Was welding in quench pads involved? What is the realistic longevity expectation with those aggressive cams? Thanks for sharing real world experience!
