you might get some other answers there but I think its also a good Idea to do the following

*Check that the block and head is not warped
*Use the GE dowel pins and get the OEM Gasket for your block which you will have to modify slightly, GE uses the vtec gaskets which are incorrect as you have the ls/crv block
*You need an oil catch tank/breather tank as the ls/crv head had its own kind of breather kit and the vtec head does not use this system in the head, your motor needs to breathe so give it lungs lol
all this makes sense... check for the above possibilities and keep us informed .. im really intrested cause im going ls-v and i dont want to have this problem. good luck man.

yes i have the breather kit from endyn . and a 19row oill cooler .

i did not try the oem gasket yet but man. that would be my 3rd h/g change. so much F king work.

i might just go back to my B18c5 .. which has spun bearing . i need to fix that and just F the B20 Vtec

i do have a breather kit for the block. are you talking about a breathing system for the head??
i got my head decked so i know it's straight.
but i did not check the block. but for me to check for wrappage . i am going to have to remove my engine again and send it out to machine shop... if i were to do that i might as well fix my B18C5 with spun bearing and put it all together.
i might give this a last try with oem gaskets for the B20B. not the vtec gasket. that would be the last thing i'm gonna try before i call it a quit.
i hope it works . otherwise i need to spend bunch of money lol

IF the block is warped. why would everyone have the oil leak on same spot.
the block can't be warp at same spot for everyone

i know exactly where the oil leak is.

"I want everyone with this leak to perform a simple test.
i'd like to know if we all have the same spot leaking.

grab a paper towel and shuv it right under the intake manifold where the block and head meets. . cloesest to the leak.
which is where i have it circled in the picture
in my case the oil leaks from there and finds its way down to the left corner of the block like the picture on the first page.

go for a drive and cool down the car to grab the paper towel and see if its wet.

mine was little wet and it also had a hint of gas in it.
that is werid."
