This topic fits into the category of bench racing. I'll refer you to the forum Rules sticky at the top. Reading the Rules should help you avoid thread closure in the future.
In addition, you failed to provide car information. And if you have a Civic, then your topic belongs in the Hybrid forum.

Stock injectors will not get you there...
Don't make a HP number a goal. Dynos are tuning tools. Make track performance a goal. I've seen "dyno queens" get curb stomped by "the little guy"

Re: 240 HP all motor h22??
I have a similar H22A4 making about the power level that you wish...
Mahle 11.5:1 Gold series pistons, Crower Max-Lite "A" beam rods, mild head work, Crower stage 3+ cams with springs and Ti retainers, Skunk2 Pro series I/M (shortened the runners by 3/4"), DW 550cc injectors, Skunk2 Alpha 66mm T/B, 3" short ram intake tube with K&N cone filter, SSR (Danny Tran) custom 4-2-1 header w/ 2.5" collector, Thermal 60mm cat-back. Balance shafts still function.
Tuned on a dyno jet on a 91 degree day yielded 233 wheel HP.

What is a "port and polish"? By who? And only on exhaust side? If you don't know what you are doing leave it alone.
Research, build it, tune it, tweak it, break it, repeat.
If the car runs the times you want it to, it doesn't matter what power it makes.

Get a good aftermarket intake manifold with at least a 68mm to 70mm throttle body.
What size is the exhaust? 2.4' 2.5'' 3.0''
What kind of header are we talking about here? ebay has tons of cheap manifolds.

12.86 @ 106 mph with a 1.84 60 ft. time. The car has full interior and a soft street suspension... certainly not optimum for a drag race car, nor would I consider myself an exceptional driver... but I am good with it. I am more impressed with the 35 MPG on the highway.

219hp, 151tq on Mustang Dyno. Mahle pistons stock sleeve, stock head with skunk2 stage 2 cams, ported stock intake manifold, stock injectors. Logic header, 3" exhaust. Peak hp at 8200rpm. I've had cars on a Dynojet and when we strap them down, they read approx. 18% lower on our Mustang.
