Re: my turbo TSX project
I use a 110 mig welder for the stainless to tack the pipes in place then I take it to work and tig weld it. For the aluminum I cut the pipes to the right length and mark both pipes with a line and a letter then I take it to work and tig weld the pipes together matching up the lines and letters. I wish I could run a tig welder at home but the garage and house is to old so I cant power a tig welder. I always say "why buy it if I can make it". I also saved a lot of money making it myself. Why be like everyone else when you can always be one of a kind.

Re: my turbo TSX project
It's been awhile since I've updated but I finally got my head back from kmod. Stage 1 port with a match ported RBC and it took 7 months for them to finish. Never sending my stuff there again. Anyways I can't wait for spring. Hope to be in the 500HP range.

Re: my turbo TSX project
Did you install the turbo manifold with the motor? Or the motor install then turbo manifold? Cause those exhaust manifold bolts look like a bitch to get to with the motor installed in the car

Re: my turbo TSX project
I installed the motor first then installed the manifold afterwards. It is a pain but when you do it so many times it's not that hard.
