disconnecting battery affects anything like radio?
Hello,
I was wondering if i disconnect the battery what will get affected.
Will the stereo need a code to work?
Anything else within the car get affected?

yes you will need a code to restart the radio, also if you have navi, it will take 10-20 minutes for it to pick up a signal, thats how it took for mine to work.

its for a 2005 ACura TSX manual
i talked to the dealer and he gave me a 5 digit code...
I thought it was 6....
I am afraid to disconnect the battery to connect the ipod connector only to find out it is suppose to be a 6 digit instead of a 5...lol
someone please help

turn the key off, hold the tune **** and volume **** down, turn the ignition to on, theres your serial number.
Call acura with that, and you get your code.
