LVCURVS

Just got my tsx but last night was the first time i drove it at night. The hvac/radio controls do not light up at all. I can see the radio screen and the hvac screen but no controls are visible. Is this a common problem? how do i fix it? umm, if it matters, it's non navi and a 6 speed.
My other question is, i know that there is a tsb on the headlights leaking moisture but do you have to be the original owner to follow through with the tsb? if you've had this one, on average, how long does it take the dealer to do?

edit- Nevermind the question. Acura called me back and said that both the lights and the radio lights are a recall and set me up an appointment for monday. Said it would only take a couple hours. Also, mentioned something about a rear wiring harness tsb/recall that they'll check while it's there.
