Spy photos of the yet to be released Honda Jazz
Sorry for the wierd angles, I was doing some BMX with some friends and a Honda Jazz/Fit popped up. First I seen a white one, RHD too, but my damn camera wasnt working. Then a few seconds later a yellow one appeared. lol gotta love the happy face instead of the Honda "H" logo, although the red one I seen before and the blue one has them. He's a crappy side angle pic, notice the guy looking right at me.

Does anyone has the specs on this car the Jazz or Fit, not really sure what to call it. Does anyone know the weight?

Re: Spy photos of the yet to be released Honda Jazz (goforbroke)
The car comes with engines ranging from 1.3 liters to 1.5 liters. I'm not sure about the 1.3 liter, but the 1.4 has 87 hp and the 1.5 has 108. They are L-series engines with dual spark ignition (two spark plugs per cylinder chamber). The 1.4 is a non-VTEC engine, the 1.5 is a SOHC VTEC.
The UK-spec Jazz with the non-VTEC 1.4 liter and a manual transmission weighs 987kg, or about 2,176 lbs. That's about 200 lbs lighter than a Scion xB. I bet when all is said and done, the U.S.-spec Fit/Jazz will weigh about 2,300 lbs.
I don't believe the Jazz/Fit is not turbocharged anywhere in the world. There are some other Hondas (the Mobilio, the "That's") that are 660cc turbo engine, though.
Here's the UK Honda Jazz Web site. It's the only Jazz/Fit site in English, I believe.

No problem.
I'm thinking this might be the replacement for the wife's 98 Civic sedan, but not for a couple of years.

I bet it gets good gas mileage. Performance couldn't be too bad, it's pretty light so you don't need gobs of horsepower. Certainly won't be burning rubber, but it would do fine for accelerating on on-ramps and passing.

itīs a 1.3. It drives pretty well considering price and class. It has some torque considering itīs only small 83 horses behind it so itīs not entirely boring to drive. mpg is great, Iīm doing 7 liters per 100km in city traffic. Space is one of itīs best parts, leg room in the rear seats is really good considering the size ...

I think the RHD ones have "fit" on them while the LHD ones have "jazz" on it. AV represent
