Any 400hp+ CL's out there?
i've been thinkin about puttin my turbo h23 into a CL. i cont know much about the cl's. tried searching but "cl" wont register.
i do know the 2.2cl has an sohcf22 so it will swap but im just not sure about the handling,weight,etc...
any thoughts, input?

From what I understand lots of people have successfully implanted H motors into CLs. There aren't many people on this board who have CLs so I would try Acura-CL.com for better info. There are a lot of "ricey" cars on there, but also some people who are very well informed about the Acura CL.

I know jack about the older CL's...plenty of knowledgeable folks on http://www.acura-cl.net though. I dont see 400whp being all that great in an FF platform car though, unless it was strictly drag stripped...with slicks on it. Street wise...that much power in a FF car is worthless...

I have recently read an article about that guy BISI or something like that doing some crazy stuff with the 2.2l sohc putting down like 345 hp but he has a full drag car and he did a lot of machine work on it I have a 97 cl for a daily driver and i just want to put some basic bolt ons but can't find to many companies that make stuff for my car I hate drving it but gotta make do with what i got
