Default 2009 TL Battery Drain

I have some sort of parasitic battery drain (~ 1 AMP). I went through and pulled fuse by fuse to find which circuit is the issue. I found when i pulled fuse #15- 10 AMP Backup in the under the hood fuse box the draw went from 1 AMP to about 45 mAmps. My question is...what does this fuse serve? It's only description is "Back up"...not very helpful. I have no computer codes (had a friend run the scanner). Thanks!
