2002 acuta TL AC/Heater making noise
It doesn't mater if ac is on or off but it gets louder the higher the fan is set to. Sometimes it sounds like there are bolts being rattled around in a box. The sound is coming from the glove box area. Any ideas?
I have posted this for my wife's friend, who knows nothing about these cars, I have never touched one either. Any help would be great thank you. I was thinking the blower motor might be going out, but...

most likely debris in the blower motor. if u have access to air tools u can take the cabin air filters out and blow into the fan with just air and that will usually clear it out. if that doesnt work u gotta take the motor out and clean it that way. either process isnt too difficult if u know ur way around.

just drop the motor out. three 8 mm bolts and the harness and the motor wil come out. it helps to have a 8mm swivel socket as well. more than likely leaves or a rat or chunks of one.
