Came home and found a turbo sitting in my garage...


Im going to have to reweld the exhuast flange on the downpipe because it has a 2.5" 4 bolt flange and my garrett gt3582r has a 3" 4 bolt.

Yes the tranny bolts straight up to a k24a2.

Yes you will need a K-pro to run the engine correctly your car.

As far as other things you would need...

1-> a good tuner

2->Maybe a fuel pump upgrade and fuel system upgrade.

Doing some fitting to see how my downpipe is going to fitt with the new flange I have to weld on there. Its has a 2.5" 4 bolt flange right now and I need a 3 " flange.

Also doing some fitting for the battery box in the trunk to make more room for the intercooler piping.

Im looking forward to doing some work on the car tommorow. Prolly install the battery box and remove all the battery mounts in the front of the engine bay.

got my bottom intercooler brackets welded yesterday... ALL work under the bumper is done for now.

Clutch is a F1 Racing off ebay stage 4 unsprung.

Flywheel came with clutch. Its a 10.25 lbs flywheel.

I ready to back some necks with this clutch.

It reminds me of my turbo ef.

Got the oil pan off ebay used 75 shipped.
I am gathering parts for my K24a2 swap in my ep3 and I plan to keep the 5 speed tranny, is there a cluth+flywheel combo to use or just a k24 kit will work ?

Still waiting on my Hybrid Racing throttle body on backorder. It suck, people should just keep making products if they are in such a high demand. Dont be slacking on me Hybrid Racing I need that throttle body now.

Yea im using the stock Si 5spd transmission. I used my flywheel bolts from the k20a3. Also I used the clip that goes inside the crankshaft to line up the transmission shaft.

The motor I got was out of a 2006 TSX automatic.

Still waiting on a part that was on back order. My 70mm Hybrid Racing throttle body. Kinda need that so I can port match my RRC intake manifold. I should have it sometime after the 20th that when they said there next batch of throttle bodies would be ready. Once I get that Ill go ahead and put the intake manifold on and do the fuel return conversion along with the walbro fuel pump.

If your putting it back in an ep3 then you will have to do that. You will use the crank pulley, altenator, a/c , and belt tensioner. I also used the type s water pump, but you could just use the ep3 one. I just wanted an oil cooler.
